Movies not loading

Try another title, refresh content, then check whether live TV still works.

If live TV works but one movie does not, try a different title. If every movie fails, refresh content and restart the app. This does not automatically mean the whole service is down.

  • The app you are using (TVCrown TiviMate, TVCrown app, or another app)
  • The exact error code, if you see one
  • A screenshot if possible
  • Whether a VPN is turned on
  • Whether the issue affects one channel or all channels
