Troubleshooting flow
- Test another channel.
- Restart the app.
- Restart the device.
- Restart the router.
- Disconnect the VPN temporarily if you use one.
- If you use a VPN, make sure the correct VPN playlist is selected.
- Try Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
- Check TVCrown Service Status.
- Contact support if the issue affects all channels.
