TiviMate error codes

Look up the number TiviMate shows, such as 511, 403, 451 or 407.

If TiviMate shows a number, search that code in this Help Centre. Error 511 and Error 403 are usually playlist and VPN mismatches. Error 451 means the subscription has expired. Error 513 means it has been expired for a long time. Error 407 means that one channel stream is unavailable. Error 458 or 460 means the account is already connected from another IP.

Error 513Error codes

Error 513 — Subscription expired long ago

Your subscription has been expired for a long time. Please contact us to obtain a new subscription.

Error 407Error codes

Error 407 — Channel stream unavailable

The stream for this channel is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Error 458Error codes

Error 458 — Account connected from a different IP

Your account is already connected from another IP address. This may mean that multiple devices are using the same account, or your connection is temporarily stuck.
