If you see an error code in the TVCrown app or TiviMate, use this list to understand what it means. Contact us if you need help resolving any of these.
You are using the wrong playlist for your VPN connection.
You are most likely connected to a VPN while using the normal TVCrown / NO-VPN playlist.
